This was totally delicious even though my eggs could have been prettier and I wish they'd been slightly runnier. I was trying to poach eggs w/o using my egg poacher to see if I could follow the classic technique. Not a bad first effort and if there is one thing I have really learned from cooking it is that that practice makes perfect (or at least better) and I have lots of eggs.
