Hubby and I loved this meatloaf. It's a bit different in that the bread crumbs are cornbread, it has both pork and ground beef, pickled jalapenos and fresh basil. Then some familiar meatloaf additions -- ketchup, Worcestershire, onion, garlic, eggs, and Dijon mustard. I'll be making this one again.
