This recipe has intrigued me since I first leafed through the book. Finally, a ripe avocado escaped the lunch time grazing, and made it into this drink.
An odd drink - you wipe a bit of orange flower water on some dates, remove the pits, and toss them into the blender. Then you add blanched almonds, avocado, a tiny bit of sugar, and some milk, whir it up, and sieve out the solids.
I loved the flavor of this drink. It was thick, but not too thick, and it had a distinct delicious almond flavor.... Read more
