This salad was pretty good. I found the dressing to be very oily and slightly heavy. If I make this again, I will reduce the vegetable oil to 2 tablespoons and the sesame oil to 2 tablespoons. I did not add the red pepper flakes to the dressing. Instead, when we served it, we let everyone dress their own serving with sriracha or chili/garlic sauce. I boiled the green beans for the 5 minutes recommended in the recipe, but found them to be a bit over cooked. next time, I will cook them for only 3...
