Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

And if you look at my reviews, you know we search high and low for pudding cake recipes. This one had the perfect strong chocolate flavor, good cake texture, and very rich pudding.

All this goodness, though, comes at a cost. At least double the fat (usually pudding cake is a surprisingly low fat dessert), and it requires three bowls. Much more work than the standard recipe. But if you want a really good treat, you could do a lot worse than prepare this!
