Chicken Guinness Pot Pie

This was excellent. I made it for our St. Patrick's Day supper. It's loaded with veggies and topped with puff pastry. It was a little soupy but that soup was so good. Next time I'll a bit more flour. I only used one sheet of puff pastry instead of two and had plenty for topping. I made mine in a large baking dish but the ones she made individually were really cute.
