My daughter made this to go on the Grain and Legume Salad and both recipes are in Pam Anderson's book Cook Without a Book: Meatless Meals and on the Martha Stewart website. We didn't have sherry vinegar so she used White Balsamic instead. This is a wonderful dressing that also has capers, Dijon mustard garlic and olive oil. It was great on the grain salad but I know it would also be good on other salads as well.
