I've made a few of Jeni's recipes now and really like them for the consistency and flavour. However, the flavour on this one just wasn't doing it for me. I think the almond extract that's added at the end overwhelmed the subtle pistachio flavour too much. I followed the recipe exactly except for reducing the cream cheese from 3oz to 2oz (I do this every time with Jeni's recipes or many have a hint of cheesecake, which I'm not fond of). I did add the optional whole pistachios.
