Daughter and I liked these but hubby and son-in-law did not. They both like parmesan and they like the buttermilk mashed potatoes I make sometimes so not sure what it was they didn't like about these. You use buttermilk and nonfat milk mixed together (I used BM and 1% milk) It only has two teaspoons of butter maybe that was what put hubby and son in law off but I thought the other ingredients make up for the lack of butter.
