This is a dressing for blue cheese fans. I love it as a salad dressing and a dip. This is by no means a low-calorie dressing, but I have substituted plain yogurt for the mayonnaise with good results.

This is fast and easy to make, and so much better than anything in a bottle. Use strong blue cheese and lots of freshly ground pepper.
