I used kirby cucumbers instead of seedless ones. Since I didn't have fresh time I used a tablespoon of dried instead of the 1/4 cup fresh. This was still very tasty and refreshing. I ate out of it several times and the last time I added some tomato wedges to it just before eating and that was delicious too.
