This is a really good cup of hot chocolate. I don't really care for white chocolate that much but it's great in this with the addition of semi-sweet chocolate and a little instant coffee. They isn't really enough coffee to tell it's there but it still gives it a nice little something extra. Joy says you can omit if you like. She says to use any milk fat content and I used 1% but it was still rich tasting. I like that it makes two cups but it's easy to make just one or more than two.

Creamy, chocolate-y but not too rich…I didn’t have instant coffee so used half the quantity of espresso powder instead.

Delicious!
