Surprisingly delicious! A simple dish - pasta with cauliflower and puréed tomatoes. It was well flavored (garlic, bay leaf, basil, lots of salt), light, and healthy.

Note that we used less than 1/2 the cheese called for (2C in the recipe, we used ~ 2/3 C), and elbow macaroni instead of thin spaghetti.

My 16 yr old son prepared this dish. He did it perfectly - the cauliflower was tender yet not over-cooked, and it was a delight to come home to after a hard day at work.
