Everyone loved these except son who doesn't thing bacon belongs in cookies. Daughter said she couldn't really tell it was bacon if I hadn't told her. We loved the crunch from the roasted peanuts which also gave a double taste of peanuts to the cookies. Hubby liked that they were dipped in sugar before baking.
