Indeed this is the creamiest cucumber salad. I put the cottage cheese and goat cheese in the food processor, instead of crushing the cottage cheese curds with a wooden spoon. This makes a large volume of salad particularly if you use 3 regular cucumbers. If use the one "English cucumber" I would think the volume of creamy cheese would be too much.
