We really liked these but daughter said she liked the salmon patties I made from the Diabetic Diva book a little better. They were a bit tricky to keep whole when turning but still very good to eat. I did use fat free sour cream for the chive sauce, instead of the Greek yogurt since I forgot to purchase plain Greek yogurt. The addition of corn was an interesting touch. We enjoyed the heat from the chipotles in adobo.
