I made a half recipe of this for my daughter and I since the recipe says that in addition to appetizers it makes a nice lunch salad for four. We did serve ours in the appetizer style though instead of switching and not making in the individual wonton cups. They were delicious as well as pretty and would make a wonderful addition to an appetizer party. They do take a little time to make and fill but worth it.
