This could be a main course or a side. This particular recipe was noted as a side and there are other recipes included in this section called Beyond Basic Mac 'n' Cheese to turn this side into a meal. We enjoyed the cheeses in this one, lowfat cream cheese, extra sharp Cheddar and Gruyere (I used a less costly Swiss instead of the Gruyere). The only complaint is that the tiny bit of cayenne wasn't enough to tell it was there. If I want spicy I'd add a little more. I can't wait to try some of the... Read more
