I dropped these scones into my scone pan and it transformed the loose dough into a beautiful scone. We prefer triangular scones and I was glad to be able to find a way to make this quick scone recipe more appealing. All white flour, sugar and butter, so how healthy can this be? The final product sure tasted a lot less heavy than some scone recipes I have tried. I saw my ½ cup of currents (also a golden raisin option) after I had set the timer.
