Caramel corn in cookie form! These are little drop cookies made by folding freshly popped, buttered popcorn into a sweet, caramel flavoured cookie dough before baking.
They're best eaten freshly made, while the popcorn retains its crunch, and perhaps that’s how they’re meant to be enjoyed as the recipe doesn’t include storage information.
