Easy Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese Croutons

I loved Cat Cora's Tomato Soup and grilled cheese croutons so I knew I'd have to try Ina's as well. This recipe from Oct 2012 Food Network Magazine is also in Ina Garten's newest cookbook, Foolproof. I liked this one even better than Cat's. Love the addition of saffron and orzo pasta to the soup. The swiss grilled cheese croutons complement the soup to a T. My daughter made this before I did and told me how much she loved it and that she ate the whole pot in a weeks time. I knew I'd have to make it too and I'll definitely be making it again.
