WOW! I love these. They have just the right amount of spices to make these cookies scream fall. Love the combo of sweet potato and chocolate chips. I used mini chocolate chips. House smelled amazing while they were baking. I only make half a recipe since I didn't want too many of these around. One makes a great snack with a cup of hot tea or coffee.
