The Best Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

This is a wonderful buttercream frosting. It gets it's chocolate flavor from both cocoa and Ovaltine. It gets some richness from heavy cream. It was very spreadable and delicious. It went great with the Peanut Butter Birthday Cake p. 106. My daughter requested this cake and frosting for her birthday this year and we all enjoyed it.

I'm kinda meh about chocolate frosting. But this one hits it right out of the ballpark! I frosted my fudgy brownies with this, and they were the first thing that was gone at a potluck! So good!
