Substitutions: I used chocolate graham crackers in the crust - it worked very well. I used a different brand of peanut butter and I chose to use 4 oz of Chevre over the fromage blanc. I excluded the peanuts from the caramel sauce and used Starbucks Espresso.
Note: The filling is GELATO - this recipe doesn't just whip up in an hour!
