These would also make a good appetizer but I served them to hubby and I for our supper. They were delicious. I didn't have all the ingredients for the Skinny 'Cue Sauce or I would have made that. Instead I used some Chipotle BBQ sauce I had on hand. I love the mushrooms, onions, and garlic in these burgers. They were great on the toasted King's Hawaiian sweet rolls.
