NOTE: The page number is from my iPad version of this book. I will never buy commercial made kettle corn again. This recipe is fool-proof and perfect. This is our Date Night at home snack, while watching a streamed movie. Love this!

My oldest son is a big fan of kettle corn but it never occurred to me to make it at home (perhaps because I'm not a fan of pop corn).
This afternoon, however, with the cold wind blowing and all the boys home playing video games, I thought I'd make them a homemade snack.
The recipe was clear and easy to follow. The snack came together in minutes. The popcorn was very good - a nice balance of sweet and salty - but, despite my best efforts, there was some burned sugar and a few burned kernels on th... Read more
