This recipe is a clear winner. The result was juicy and very flavorful. Trimmed chicken wings are marinated in a soy sauce - brown sugar - honey - garlic - black pepper marinade. The recipe calls for mushroom soy sauce, but regular soy sauce was used instead. A long marinade (24h) was followed by a quick roasting in a hot oven (450ËšF). The chicken was as beautiful as it was delicious.
