Chicken Stew

Since my daughter doesn't eat red meat and I made beef stew for the rest of us I made her this chicken stew. I did add some green peas and carrots which weren't' called for in the recipe which just uses corn, potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and chicken. I also didn't have any canned tomatoes on hand so I added some tomato paste I had leftover from the beef stew to the broth instead. Since I didn't make a whole recipe instead of a whole chicken I used some breast meat and cut it into chunks. My daughter loved this one.
