Wow - we really liked this one. The earthy sweetness of the squash went surprisingly well the the velvety smoothness of the coconut milk. The sprinkling of cilantro added a very good counterpoint to the spicy sweetness.

I couldn't find all the different chilis, but used one large jalapeno (seeded but done sloppy to introduce some heat), and the cayenne pepper. Served it with brown rice.

I will definitely make this one again.
