Banana Split Cake

I had to give this one 5 stars because it is so fun, unique, and TASTY!

Substitutions: I have never added the chopped peanuts or banana slices on top. Instead, I decorate the top with leftover sliced strawberries.

My fiance says it's a good cake to have just once a year in the summer time.

I've made it for my dad's birthday and father's day and it's always devoured (faster than it took to make it!).

I don't have a very good photo of the cake but I'll post it so it gives you some kind of idea.
