Notes: (1) Use foil on the grill (2) Add 1 egg to burger mixture (3) Pour extra chicken broth on top while grilling
- these can also be broiled (I prefer this)
When broiled they seem to be more crispy on the outside and still a little pink and very juicy in the center.
This was the first turkey burger I had ever eaten and have not found one better (restaurant or recipe!)
