Fabulous!!! And easier than one would think looking at the instructions. The dough comes together beautifully and forming the "fat cigar" is quite simple. I suggest chilling the first one while you fill and roll the second. The chilled roll is much easier to cut and plait. Also, having cut through the roll, I found easiest to use a pizza cutter to run through and ensure that the roll is cleanly split.
