This was very good but it could have used a bit more marinade I think or maybe just a bit more salt as the fish was a little bland tasting by itself. I enjoyed the chipotle cream and made it with the option of Greek Style Yogurt. I could have added a bit more chipotle for my tastes though. She gives you a choice of using shredded cabbage or lettuce as one of the toppings and I used cabbage. I liked the unusual addition of some cooked corn and the cilantro added a nice brightness.
