I quite liked this, a fragrant spicy side dish, with a hint of sweet & sour. However, it is no match for my favorite zucchini recipe, and since they are in the same niche, I don't think I will repeat this.

If you want to make this, do combine it with a simple raita. A bit of yogurt with some cumin will do.
