This bread worked up nicely; it rose a lot faster than the recipe suggested, but the I only use bread machine yeast and that was probably a big factor. I added some of the suggested ingredients on page 122: chopped onion, sunflower seeds and cumin seeds. It made for a nice robust bread that went nicely with the chickpea soup.
