Perfect Blueberry Muffins

Rich muffins that help use up that surplus of blueberries. Kids wanted the costco large pack of blueberries, and this recipe helped me use them before they spoiled. Because I had sour cream, I opted for that instead of the yogurt. The batter was very stiff - luckily Deb had warned about that, so I soldered on. The resulting muffins were very flavorful, and not too sweet. If I make them again, I will double the lemon zest. I was able to prepare these for a weekday morning (getting up early), recipe is not fussy, not too many dishes.
