Very good, easy and tasty. A tasty spice mix, rubbed into chicken thighs and sautéed with the veg before adding lentils to finish the cooking. No oil added to the chicken; skin was nice and crispy. Lentil stew good too. My seven thighs were a bit more than 2# of chicken. Three of us ate it all. Could serve four possibly. Six, only if they're very dainty eaters. Keeper.
