Quick and delicious side that would go well with a number of different mains.

Blanched greens beans are sautéed briefly - apparently the French prefer them more well cooked than North Americans so the recipe provides 2 cooking times – then tossed with shallots and toasted almonds and served.

They were served with this broiled fish as part of a 15-minute meal.
