This is the first time I've made a paneer dish with spices incorporated in the paneer itself, not just in the sauce. I liked the result and will certainly try it again. The sauce was also excellent - I like the usual spinach-based sauce for paneer but it can be a bit bland, whereas this tomato-based sauce added plenty of flavour.
