AKA Liver & Potato Curry - excellent. The only slight criticism is that the recipe doesn't indicate that the potatoes are pre-cooked, which they must be given the cooking time. I'm planning to prepare and fry a larger batch of the spice paste, add the tamarind and then freeze it in suitable quantities - that way it should be possible to get this dish on the table inside 10 minutes.
