A good basic curry. Could be done with other vegetables instead.

I used Turkish ground bell peppers instead of the chillies to tone done the heat and make it more childproof.

I thought the optional nuts didn't add much. I did make a very simple raita (yogurt and cumin) as well, which did go very well with it.
