I saw this on line this weekend and realized I had everything already on hand including the 3 tablespoons of cream cheese which needed using up anyway. I love the little surprise of slightly sweetened cream cheese and lemon zest inside these delicious and moist blueberry muffins. Also love the little bit of Turbinado sugar on top. The recipe says 9 but I got 10.
