A good concept that needs some tweaking.
The dip itself was a bit bland. In the future I would add smoked paprika and perhaps more pepper. The yogurt made this a bit healthier than other eggplant dips, but I didn't care for its light color.
The pita chips were excellent, but despite doubling the amount, it still prepared far too few to match the volume of eggplant dip.
