The mixture of the 3 different types of paprika is fantastic! The smell is amazing and draws my husband and children to the table. When I can find it, I use 20% sour cream, usually from eastern european grocery stores. Otherwise, Liberty's is fine or adding creme fraiche to regular sour cream works well too. The spaetzles make this dish fabulous. Add a green salad and dinner is served.
