Simple instructions, well explained, and leading to a perfect thick, rich, chocolate pudding - what more could you want?
I only deviated from the instructions in the type of milk/cream that I used. I skipped the cream altogether, and used 2% milk for the cream and for the milk. Oh, and I also used the black cocoa that is sold by King Arthur Flour.
The only problem with this recipe is that it doesn't make enough! Real chocolate melted in at the end, and the cocoa, combine to satisfy that choco...
