Well-flavoured and substantial, and I liked the crunch provided by the little pieces of peanut in the peanut butter; in fact next time I would be tempted to reduce the peanut butter a bit and substitute some roughly-chopped roasted peanuts.

Currently my second-favourite butternut squash soup, just behind Ruth Wilson's.
