WONDERFUL!! Very lemony! A bit of work but well worth it. Read the recipe through and plan ahead. Made for Mother's Day 2009 and it was hit.

When I first purchased this book, this was the recipe that stuck out in my mind as sounding like a Grand Slam Home Run. I am pleased to report that I was right! This is the best Lemon Tart recipe I have ever had. It is a complete joy to make and is the most requested dessert for my family on special occassions.
