I made a half recipe of this. Plum tomatoes are not in season, so I used oven-dried (plum) tomatoes from the freezer. They aren't peeled, but worked fine. This is a fairly simple dish, but quite tasty with ginger and a bit of cayenne along with the broccoli and tomatoes. With the cayenne on the short side, this would be fine with most any kind of meal.
