I was baking this amazing cake even before I had the chance to buy Gina's book. It is a fabulously simple cake to make and is simply delicious. It's a no-fuss and moist pound cake that tastes heavenly especially when eaten warm. I strongly recommend you try it. Be careful with baking, though. I t may require some foil covering at the final minutes of baking.
