Brilliant salad! A very nice balance between sweet (mango), creamy (avocado), sharp (red onion and mixed salad), tangy (lime juice), and, well, prawn.
I used about two thirds of a large red onion, and that was clearly too much; and I think the dressing could use just a tiny bit more lime juice. Remember to dry the prawn well before frying (stir-frying, actually) - I used frozen, defrosted ones, and they emitted a lot of liquid (though I'm not quite sure how much of that is due to the fact that t...
